For this reason, since 2013 UL has made the Spooled Wire & Cable Traceability Program mandatory for special cable distributors, through which the end customer can track the cable’s entire processing, especially when a reel is divided into several segments.
In addition to the materials and components used in production, a key element in verifying compliance with regulations related to special electrical cables involves the traceability of the manufacturing process.
Through the certification obtained – File Nr E364720 – UL recognised our manufacturing process as complying with the strict procedures required. We can guarantee:
- Product origin and traceability (UL/UR Processed Wire Respooled)
- Adherence to regulations
- Compliance of materials used
- Proper execution of the stages - Processing and packaging
